Our Firm

     I have been engaged in the practice of law since 1984. I am a sole practitioner, but  I've been a partner in several small firms, and I have worked for several medium size firms as an associate. I have also served as general counsel for a company engaged in insurance related matters.  I am licensed to appear in all courts of the State of New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and the U.S. Court of Claims. I have also appeared before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals.

 

     Prior to my law career, I was a registered pharmacist and worked in both a hospital and community pharmacy settings. I maintain my pharmacy license here in New Jersey, although I am no longer an active practitioner in that field.

 

     I've been fortunate to experience an interesting professional life, to say the least. Over the many years of my legal career, I have had the honor and pleasure to assist clients in many diverse legal matters. In doing so, I've gained experience in quite a number of legal issues. This has been both personally challenging and rewarding.

 

     The office consists of myself, a receptionist, a part-time paralegal and, when necessary, I engage the assistance of a few extremely competent and reliable colleagues. This arrangement allows me to maintain constant awareness and control over every file. I take full advantage of modern technology, which allows me to be efficient, and to be  able to work from my office, in court, on the road, and even at home.
